Terms of Service

Last updated: July 25, 2026

By using QRAnchor (qranchor.com), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

QRAnchor lets you create QR codes that redirect to a web address you control, edit that destination at any time, and view scan statistics. The service is provided "as is" — we aim for high uptime, but a QR code's redirect depends on our servers being reachable at the time it's scanned.

Accounts

An account is required to create and manage QR codes. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Pricing and subscriptions

Your first QR code is free, with no time limit. Creating additional QR codes requires an active monthly subscription, billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account page; your existing QR codes keep working, but you won't be able to create new ones beyond your free allowance once the subscription ends.

Acceptable use

You may not use a QRAnchor code to redirect to content that is illegal, deceptive, malicious (including phishing or malware distribution), or that infringes someone else's rights. We reserve the right to pause or delete any QR code, and to suspend any account, that we believe violates this policy.

Your destinations

You're solely responsible for the web addresses you set as destinations and for keeping them accurate and safe. We don't review destination URLs before they go live.

Deleted codes

Deleting a QR code is permanent — its short link stops working immediately and its scan history is deleted. If you've already printed the code, scanning it will show an error page.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRAnchor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost business from a QR code being temporarily unreachable.

Changes

We may update these terms or the service itself over time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
